Are You Ski-Fit?

The art of skiing requires:

  1. Good balance and coordination

  2. Upper body strength

  3. Strong core muscles

  4. Sufficient ankle and hip mobility

  5. Stable knee, elbow and shoulder joints

Without all of these areas being addressed you increase your risk of:

  • falling when your balance is challenged

  • placing additional tension in your lower back and knees if restrictions exist elsewhere in the body
