Over 60's CAN be stronger for longer and move with more ease
Tailored classes for the over 60's, designed to address declining mobility, lack of movement confidence and social isolation.
Within six weeks, they’ll experience less discomfort, increased motor control and coordination, reduce risk of falling and improved wellbeing through social connection.Movement Therapy Classes:
- Controlled movements, low impact, improve confidence
- Stretches to release tight muscles
- Mobilisation to reduce joint stiffness
- Muscle activation to wake up sleepy postural muscles
Available in 6-week blocks, 30 to 45-min in-person or online classes include resources containing exercises to work on in-between sessions.
After class tea & coffee can also be arranged to build stronger communities.
