What is Corrective Exercise?

  • corrective exercises to first move out of discomfort and rebalance the bod, then strengthen their body for the movement patterns required for their job?

  • Corrective Exercises are specific selection of exercises designed around an individual to rebalance the body, move away from discomfort and strengthen their foundations from the inside out.

How Can It Help desk-based employees move away from discomfort

  • Rebalance involves adjusting the lengh-tension relationship between opposing muscles. For example, typically desk-based professionals posture will see rounding forward shoulders creating excessive tension in chest muscles (tight) and lengthen

About Me

Every day brings on new and exciting challenges and I enjoy working with clients to help relieve pressures on the body from prolonged sitting, advance their strength and endurance training goals or supporting you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle.  

I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer plus a Level 1 CHEK Integrated Movement Science specialist with additional certifications in:

  • High Intensity Training

  • Suspension Training

  • Nutrition for Physical Activity

  • Ante and Post Natal Exercise
